Shipping times

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery times

Delivery within mainland France and Corsica is free of charge and handled by Colissimo within 3 business days.

Delivery to Europe and French overseas territories is free of charge and handled by Colissimo within 7 business days.

Delivery to the rest of the world depends on the destination.

Receipt of delivery

Upon receipt of your order, you must check the condition of the package in order to make any necessary reservations directly with the carrier at the time of delivery. La Maison J.U.S cannot accept any subsequent claims that were not reported at this time.

Parcel tracking

You can track your parcel on the Colissimo website using the tracking number provided to you by email when your order was confirmed.
