About our J.U.S
All our perfumes are 100% made in France, with respect for French artisanal know-how. From the creation of the juice to the production of the bottle, each step is carried out with local craftsmen and partners. This choice reflects our commitment to limit the carbon footprint through short circuits and to promote the know-how of French haute parfumerie.
To discover our creations from home, we have designed a discovery kit: it contains several samples to test on the skin. After purchasing a kit, you will benefit from a discount voucher to be used on the perfume that has conquered your senses.
If you prefer an in-store olfactory experience, visit us at one of our points of sale or at our partner distributors. To do this, simply consult the "Our addresses" tab in the "La Maison J.U.S" section to find the place closest to you!
Our fragrances are never tested on animals. The majority of our creations are also vegan. However, some exceptions may contain natural raw materials, such as honey, chosen by perfumers for their olfactory richness. Seven of our fragrances are 100% vegan:

It is best to keep your perfume away from light, heat and humidity. For example, avoid the bathroom, and instead choose a temperate place such as your bedroom.
At Maison J.U.S, our bottles have opaque packaging, which protects from light. However, it is still advisable not to expose them directly to the sun.
Orders and deliveries
Once validated, your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you wish to change or cancel it, contact us immediately at info@jusparfums.com: we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.

We ship to more than 60 countries. To see the full list, go to the bottom left of the website.
- Preparation & shipping: your packages are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and within 48 hours for the US.
Delivery (indicative times after shipment): - Metropolitan France & Corsica: Colissimo, 3 working days.
- Europe & DOM-TOM: Colissimo, 5 working days.
- US: 3 working days.
- Rest of the world: time varies depending on the destination (and any customs controls).Lead times may vary slightly during busy periods or depending on the delivery area.
Shipping is free worldwide.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email and then a shipping email with your tracking number. Remember to check your spam/junk folder, if necessary.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (Colissimo, or UPS for the United States). This will allow you to follow your order.
Don't worry, we will take care of it. Here is what to do if there's a problem with your order:
- Check the package at handover. Before signing, check the status of the package. If you notice an anomaly, make specific reservations to the carrier (e.g. "broken bottle", "open package"). In case of significant damage, you can refuse the package.
- Take photos of the package, the affected items, and the bottle bottom label with the lot number on it.
- Keep the packaging and all contents received.
- Contact our after-sales service via the contact form on the site or by e-mail at info@jusparfums.com, specifying your order number and the problem encountered.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with the best solution (reshipment, exchange or refund depending of the situation).
Yes, you get a free return within 14 days (excluding the Discovery Kit). How does it work?
- First, test the free sample of your perfume (included in every order).
- If the chemistry doesn't set, make sure the box hasn't been opened and is still wrapped in cellophane.
- Contact us via the contact form within 14 days to arrange the free return.
Important: all opened or cellophane-free products cannot be returned. The Discovery Kit is not eligible for the free return offer.
Security and customer service
Payments are secured through Shopify: SSL encryption, 3D Secure when requested, and we never store your card numbers. You can pay with peace of mind.
